Do you Accept Returns?
Sometimes pieces just don’t work out..and that’s ok! The good news is, we do accept returns!
Things you should know before returning your item(s):
-We do not issue a refund to the original payment method-we offer STORE CREDIT (valid for 1 year) or ITEM EXCHANGE.
-The return must be within 14 days since the package is delivered.
-Glitter, sequin or metallic pieces are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- For health and hygiene reasons, ACCESSORIES such as pierced jewelry and SWIMSUITS are non-refundable.
-Shoes must not be worn (they must be tried on indoors only).
Mother's Day Gifts Extended Return Policy:
Exchanges accepted through MAY 24, 2026 with Gift Receipt.
Does The Fashion Lounge cover the return shipping charge?
YES, we cover the cost and/or shipping labels necessary to return the item.

How Long does it take to process my return?
We try to process your returns ASAP, but it may take up to fourteen (14) days for the return to be processed.
If we have not issued your return within fourteen (14) days, feel free to contact us and provide us with the information located in your return carrier receipt.
Return Status?
You will receive an email notification as soon as the return has been processed.
Delivery charge refund?
SORRY! We do not refund postage/shipping charges on any orders that have been returned.
